Napa Valley Meditation Group is open to individuals looking to find community support for their mediation practice. This group is a "sister" group to East Bay Walkers (run by my brother Mike). We're a group of 30's/40's/50's hikers who want to get some exercise and explore the Bay Area on moderate hikes that are 2 to 4 hours in length. Most of the hikes will be on well-developed trails, and will be geared-toward the novice to intermediate-level hiker.
